Use of Digital Products


  • Print printable files for personal use.
  • Give away a print out as a gift

(please no more than 3 times per printable, if you need to print more than 3 for a gift, please make another purchase)


  • Share the file with anyone via email, USB, or any other means.
  • Sell the printable file to anyone else.
  • Sell print outs of the printable file to anyone.
  • Upload the high resolution file to the web.
  • Use the printable files or print outs in giveaways without permission.
  • Edit, manipulate, or use the printable file on products for sale.
  • Use printable files for ANY commercial use.

Purchase does not transfer rights. Copyright of designs remains with the artist. By purchasing digital items from this site, you have agreed to the full terms of use listed above.

Processing Times

Processing times vary from 1-10 days depending upon the product. Sparrow Springs uses a third-party printing service for all physical products, and cannot be held responsible for delays in processing times related to quality control, weather, or disaster affecting FinerWorks.

– Shipping –

Digital Downloads will not be shipped, they will be sent to your email. If you would like a hard copy printed and sent, a separate charge is applied.

Once your item is processed it will be shipped via one of the following carriers:
* USPS, UPS, FedEx

Most orders take 3-7 days for Economy Shipping, 1-5 days for Standard Shipping, and 1-2 weeks for International. Sparrow Springs is not responsible for shipping delays related to the shipping carriers.

International shipping

  • At this time we are only shipping to US and Canada.
    We ship all International products through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Sparrow Springs is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.
These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Cost calculations
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

* We charge a low, flat shipping rate to be fair to all customers.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Digital Downloads

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sparrowspringsart.com and contact us for a mailing address to return your item to.

To return your product, contact us for a mailing address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Sparrow Springs is not liable for damage or injury to items, animals or people caused by the prints, canvases, or throw pillows due to negligent, reckless, knowing or intentional actions by any person. By purchasing from Sparrow Springs, the customer assumes all responsibility for damages or injuries caused by the print, canvas, or throw pillow once it reaches its shipping destination. Sparrow Springs is not responsible for lost or damaged property shipped to FinerWorks, or Sparrow Springs, for evaluation.
