Due to the demands of COVID-19, some processing and shipping times may be extended.

I have been a working artist for years, and understand the importance of experience. Therefore, Sparrow Springs has partnered with a professional printing company to give you the highest quality printing on premium materials and a selection of sizes and products. Because of this, processing and shipping times are sometimes out of my control. However,  both of our companies are dedicated to please you. If there are any issues, please do not hesitate to email me personally at admin@sparrowspringsart.com

At this time we are only shipping items to US, and Canada. If you are outside of this range feel free to email us if you would like to discuss options.

Processing Time

Reflected to include our printing partner's times

Processing times include the time it takes me to review and forward orders to our printing partner, the purchase to be reviewed by our printing partner, and the printing of your item.

  • Downloads/Printables: Instant
  • Most Prints: 1-5 business days
  • Canvases and Throw Pillows:  3-7 days
  • Framed Prints: 7-10 days
Delays may occur if the item does not meet the quality standards of our printing partner. Because they want you to have the best experience, they may choose to reprint the item.

Shipping Time

The following applies to physical products. Digital Downloads are instantly available to you after checkout, and in your email. No physical item will be shipped for a digital product.

  • Standard: 1-5 business days 
  • Economy: 3-7 business days
  • International: 1-2 weeks
When your item ships I will provide the tracking number given to me by our partners.

Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us, that is why we offer a “30 Day 100% Money Back Guarantee”. Contact us at admin@sparrowspringsart.com within 30 days of your original order date so that we can replace or refund your order.

Items Damaged During Shipping: Please contact us at admin@sparrowspringsart.com within a week of receiving your item. Please provide pictures of the packaging and the item to expedite the process.
